Donning of the Kente Ceremony

The Center for Black Culture will be having the Donning of the Kente Ceremony Friday, April 26, 2024, at 2:00 p.m. in the Mountainlair Ballrooms. This ceremony will recognize graduating seniors/graduate students  and will provide students with a Center for Black Culture stole. That evening at 7:30 p.m., the Black Alumni Association will be hosting the Black Grad Mixer in the Kennedy Club room at the Erickson Alumni Center. Those students that participate in the Ceremony, will have the cost of the mixer covered by the Center for Black Culture.
