2019 Adventure WV Day 1

The Academic STARS always start the end of the first week with a collaboration with Adventure WV. Our Academic STARS students spend 2 days with Adventure WV. The first day students do the challenge course at the WVU Outdoor Education Center for group development, team building, ice breakers and low and high ropes. The second day we take the STARS students on a field trip to see the beauty of West Virginia at Spruce Knob, Seneca Rocks, and Blackwater Falls.

These 2 days create trust among the group, helping to build a strong STARS community.
